Not only have Thane and Ellen taught us many things and will be teaching us many more that help our connection with the universe and all that is good, they have also introduced us to something in the physical world that has helped both of us immensely. They have helped to improve our physical health which in turn helps our mental health. They introduced us to VaNu, a wonderful juice made from berries of the Amazon. Within 3 days of beginning drinking 2 ounces a day of VaNu, my skin was silkier, supple…and believe me, it has not been that way for years. A week or two after drinking every day I noticed my hips no longer gave me problems …I was not having the pains I had from the accident I was in 3 years ago, and…I have lost inches around my middle, and believe me, it is something that was needed. I began a rigorous "get back my health" program several years ago. Included in that was to alkalyze my system (the theory being that virus' cannot thrive in an alkaline enivironemt). I was very acidic when I started but as of January 2009 was a 6.2 (which isn't too bad) but it took a long time. I then stopped the green leaf juice drinks, alkalyzing supplements and cut back on how many green vegetables I eat every day. I did add VaNu. I also went back to drinking coffee (which is very acidic). Concerned I was not doing enough to maintain my alkaline level, I just re-tested (July 2009). I am a solid 8.0! The best I've ever been. If I go out drinking and have too much, I do 2 ounces of VaNu before I go to bed. I wake up with no hang over. I don’t know why it works, I just know it works for me!
